Field Operations Supervisor - Recce and Borehole Rehabilitation

The purpose of the role is to ensure that every assigned borehole recce and rehabilitation activity is correctly planned, supervised, verified, documented and submitted to Head Office within the prescribed timeline.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Deploy and supervise recce activities against the approved borehole list and field plan.
- Verify that recce information and evidence are complete, accurate and linked to the correct Borehole ID.
- Confirm rehabilitation readiness, including site documents, tools, spare parts and contractor availability.
- Monitor rehabilitation work and record parts repaired, parts replaced, quantities used and additional observations.
- Oversee water testing, sample labelling and laboratory handover in accordance with the approved testing plan.
- Ensure before, during and after evidence, flow-rate results, signatures, branding and community handover are completed.

Desired Experience & Qualification

- Robust field coordination and practical supervision skills,



with the ability to manage multiple borehole visits and contractor activities.
- Should have a smartphone and laptop/desktop to perform the job responsibilities and ability to use a smartphone, camera, GPS-enabled applications, shared project groups/folders and digital forms as required by OYU Green.
- Must have a vehicle and willingness to travel regularly to rural project sites and work according to field schedules.
- Local language ability and understanding of community protocols are desirable for operational coordination.

Package & Remuneration

- A fixed daily/monthly service fee or retainer, if agreed in writing.
- Performance-based incentives linked only to verified milestones and deliverables accepted by OYU Green.
- Reimbursement of approved operational expenses.

The final compensation structure shall be defined separately in the commercial terms or service agreement. No additional payment, allowance or incentive shall be due unless agreed in writing by OYU Green.
