Job Summary

Valunix Consulting is looking for a Field Engineer to conduct property inspections, collect site information, verify property details, and support property valuation assignments for leading banks and financial institutions. The candidate should be willing to travel for field visits and possess good technical and communication skills. Must have own bike.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property inspections and site visits.
- Verify property details, measurements, and construction status.
- Collect field data, photographs, and supporting documents.
- Assess property condition and surrounding infrastructure.
- Coordinate with property owners, bank representatives, and internal teams.
- Prepare inspection notes and submit field observations.
- Support valuation and technical assessment activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned site visits and reports.
