Key Responsibilities • Field Visits: Travel daily to assigned local areas to meet customers or businesses with overdue loan installments.

- Payment Recovery: Guide the customer to pay through online mode, NEFT, direct branch, or Bank • Negotiation: Discuss and setup feasible repayment timelines within company guidelines.
- Daily Reporting: Update management on daily collection progress, visit logs, and account statuses.
- Dispute Resolution: Listen to client payment issues and guide them on resolution options while upholding company reputation
