फील्ड बॉय / सोर्सिंग एक्जीक्यूटिव (Field Boy / Sourcing Executive)

अनुभव (Experience) / Experience:

- 6–8 वर्ष (मैन्युफैक्चरिंग या एक्सपोर्ट हाउस में)
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing Company or Export House.

वेतन (Salary) / Salary:

- ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 प्रति माह
- ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities): हिंदी:

- दिल्ली की लोकल मार्केट (जैसे सदर बाजार, चांदनी चौक, कीर्ति नगर, ओखला आदि) से रॉ मटेरियल एवं अन्य आवश्यक सामग्रियों की सोर्सिंग करना।
- वेंडर्स से कीमत, गुणवत्ता एवं डिलीवरी समय को लेकर नेगोशिएशन करना।
- समय पर माल, सैंपल एवं दस्तावेजों की पिकअप एवं डिलीवरी सुनिश्चित करना।
- विभिन्न सप्लायर्स के साथ अच्छे व्यावसायिक संबंध बनाए रखना।
- आवश्यकता अनुसार कंपनी के लिए मार्केट सर्वे एवं नई सोर्सिंग संभावनाओं की पहचान करना।
- खरीद एवं सोर्सिंग से संबंधित रिपोर्ट्स एवं रिकॉर्ड्स बनाए रखना।

English:

- Source raw materials and other required items from local markets in Delhi such as Sadar Bazaar, Chandni Chowk, Kirti Nagar, Okhla, etc.




- Negotiate with vendors regarding pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods, samples, and documents.
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Conduct market surveys and identify recent sourcing opportunities as required.
- Maintain sourcing and procurement-related records and reports.

आवश्यक कौशल (Required Skills): हिंदी:

- दिल्ली एवं एनसीआर की लोकल मार्केट्स का अच्छा ज्ञान।
- रॉ मटेरियल एवं इंडस्ट्रियल सप्लाई सोर्सिंग का अनुभव।
- वेंडर मैनेजमेंट एवं नेगोशिएशन स्किल्स।
- समय प्रबंधन एवं मल्टी-टास्किंग की क्षमता।
- मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन का ज्ञान।

English:

- Strong knowledge of Delhi and NCR local markets.
- Experience in sourcing raw materials and industrial supplies.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications.

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (Mandatory Requirements): हिंदी:

- दिल्ली-एनसीआर में यात्रा हेतु स्वयं का दोपहिया वाहन (टू-व्हीलर) होना अनिवार्य है।
- वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना आवश्यक है।
- स्थानीय यात्रा एवं फील्ड जॉब के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।

English:

- Must own a two-wheeler for travel across Delhi-NCR.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Should be willing to travel extensively for field assignments.
