Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage field collections, follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers at their registered/residential/business locations for payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Collection Team and Reporting Manager regarding recovery status.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.
- Submit daily collection and field visit reports.
- Ensure all collection activities are conducted according to company policies and compliance guidelines.
- Identify difficult or overdue accounts and escalate them to the concerned team.




- Maintain positive customer relationships while achieving recovery targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in field collection, recovery, NBFC, banking, fintech, or related profiles.
- Freshers with good communication and field-work skills can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
- Knowledge of the local area and nearby locations.
- Basic smartphone and application handling skills.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
