Do you have experience supporting engineering simulation tools and helping users resolve technical issues? Join L&T; Technology Services (LTTS) and be part of a team driving productive simulation tool support and user success. ? Role: FEA Tool Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Provide first-line support for FEA/CFD and simulation tool users (Ansys preferred)

✅ Troubleshoot licensing, job failures, access issues, and user requests

✅ Escalate complex issues to vendors or second-line support teams

✅ Create and maintain FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides

✅ Support process standardization across simulation platforms





✅ Ensure effective ticket handling, tracking, and resolution

✅ Communicate clearly with users and provide best practices guidance Required Skills:? FEA/CFD Tool Support (Ansys preferred)

? Incident & Service Request Management

? Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis

? Knowledge Base & Documentation Creation
