Role Description The F&B; Cost Controller is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, responsible for identifying, managing and optimizing food and beverage costs. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, verifying purchase orders, tracking wastage, and ensuring that recipes and portion sizes align with approved cost standards. The role involves preparing cost reports, analyzing variances between actual and budgeted costs, and collaborating with kitchen and procurement teams to control expenditures.





The F&B; Cost Controller will also assist in menu costing, review supplier invoices, support pricing decisions, and recommend cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong cost management capabilities, including Cost Control and Menu Costing skills.

Solid financial foundation with practical experience in Finance and Accounting.

Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.

Experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations, preferably in restaurants or hotels.

Proficiency with spreadsheets and cost control software, and comfort working with numerical data.

Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
