Role Summary: The F&B; Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving online visibility, improving sales through food aggregators, and executing marketing initiatives for the café and restaurant business. The role requires managing digital platforms, maintaining brand presence, and supporting promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB) for all F&B; outlets, including updates, posts, offers, photos, and review management.

Handle and optimize listings on Swiggy, Zomato, Magicpin, Dineout, and other online food aggregators.

Coordinate with aggregator account managers to improve visibility, rankings, campaigns, and customer acquisition.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discount strategies, and festive offers across digital platforms.

Monitor online reviews and ensure timely customer responses to maintain brand reputation.

Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness, and share weekly/monthly reports.

Coordinate with design and operations teams for menu updates, creatives, banners, and promotional content.





Manage social media content for F&B; brands in coordination with the marketing team.

Execute influencer collaborations, food blogger visits, and local marketing activations.

Assist in planning and executing in-house events, seasonal campaigns, and brand collaborations.

Maintain consistency of menus, pricing, and brand assets across all digital platforms.

Support all other marketing initiatives for Minimalist Hotels' F&B; vertical as assigned.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in F&B;, restaurant, or hospitality marketing.

Hands-on experience managing Google Business Profile, Swiggy, Zomato, and other food delivery platforms.

Robust understanding of digital marketing, online reputation management, and promotional campaigns.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
