We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about kidswear fashion and capable of developing unique designs along with professional technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and trend-driven designs for kidswear (boys and girls knitwear).
- Develop professional tech packs with accurate specifications for production.
- Assist in sampling and product development processes.
- Work closely with senior designers and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct basic research on market trends, fabrics, and colors for kidswear.
- Support design team in day-to-day tasks and collection development.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
- Strong creativity with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of knitwear design and garment construction.
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of kidswear sizing and comfort requirements.
- Ability to create clear and professional tech packs.
- Interest in working with knit-to-knit garment categories
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
