Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Ludhiana.

The Fashion

Consultant will guide clients in selecting wedding attire and accessories that align with their personal style, event theme, and budget.

Responsibilities include offering expert product advice, styling complete looks, and ensuring an elevated in-store experience from first contact to final purchase. The role involves collaborating closely with designers and sales teams, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends, and assisting in visual merchandising of collections.

Consultant will also support sales targets by building relationships with clients, managing appointments, and providing after-sales styling support when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and styling skills with a keen eye for detail and trends.

- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge of wedding wear, accessories, and designer collections.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse clients professionally.

- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing high-value transactions.

- Candidates should have prior experience in fashion retail, luxury boutiques, or wedding consulting;

experience with Indian bridal fashion is an advantage.

- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple client appointments, and collaborate with team members.

- Candidates should have basic computer literacy for managing client records and appointments; proficiency with POS or CRM systems is beneficial.

- Candidates should ideally hold a diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
