We are seeking an experienced and proactive Farm Supervisor to manage and oversee daily agricultural operations at our farm located in Vellaputhur, Chengalpattu dist . The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in farming practices, workforce supervision, and operational planning to ensure smooth and effective farm management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day farm activities and field operations.
- Monitor crop cultivation, Irrigation, harvesting, fertilization, and pest control activities.
- Manage and guide farm workers to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
- Maintain records related to production, inventory, labor, and farm inputs.
- Implement best agricultural practices to improve crop yield and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with management regarding farm planning and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- 25+ years of relevant experience in farm operations and supervision.
