Summary:

Fare Filing is the airline industry process of centrally publishing ticket prices, ancillary fees, and their associated rules. Distribution refers to the networks that send these filed fares to travel agencies, booking platforms, and customers globally, ensuring pricing consistency across all sales channels.

Key Skills:

- Minimum 1 Year of experience in Fare Filing Distribution.
- Possess knowledge of filing and updating fares in the ATPCO system based on them information provided.
- Exposure to Manual Ticketing/Reissue/Refund
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- File and update airline fares, tariffs, and pricing data in the ATPCO system.
- Maintain and manage fare rule categories including Eligibility, Seasonality, Advance Purchase, Flight Application, Combinations, Blackout Dates, and Cancellation rules.
- Handle Fare By Rule (FBR), Footnotes, Routing Maps, Negotiated Fares, and Surcharge filings.




- Perform special fare filing activities such as YQ/YR surcharge filing, Branded Fares, Optional Services, Ancillary Services, Chart 1 & Chart 2 maintenance.
- Validate fare and rule data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before publishing.
- Conduct quality assurance checks across GDS platforms including Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
- Troubleshoot fare pricing, ticketing, and auto-pricing issues in GDS systems.
- Identify and resolve fare inconsistencies between ATPCO and GDS displays.
- Ensure fare updates are processed within SLA timelines and airline policy guidelines.
- Coordinate with pricing, revenue management, and airline operations teams for fare implementation.
- Analyze fare construction and routing logic to ensure correct pricing results.
- Monitor fare effectiveness and verify accurate market distribution across booking channels.
- Support automated changes, exchange, refund, and cancellation rule processing.
- Maintain robust knowledge of airline geography, IATA zones, global routing, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with latest ATPCO procedures, airline pricing trends, and GDS enhancements.
