We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Faculty Recruitment Manager/Assistant Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of International Relations to join our team at Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation University.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including universities and colleges.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.

Job Requirements

- Master's degree in International Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in faculty recruitment, preferably in an international context.
- Strong knowledge of global trends and developments in International Relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
