How You ll Make an Impact

- B.E. Electrical or B.E. Electronics with 2-3 Years Engineering of control logics programs for different FACTS solutions
- Adequate knowledge on Open Loop Control systems.
- Establishing the test set up in the factory

What You Bring

- Configuration of hardware/software used for control systems
- Should have adequate knowledge on electrical substation components.
- Crafting documents like design reports, test reports, and operation maintenance manuals
- After sales support for already commissioned systems
- Understanding the behavior of different types of FACTS devices and their roles in the power system will be an essential part of the work.
- Analog to digital converters fiber optics
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams
- Knowledge on different communication protocols like IEC61850, IEC-104, IEC-101, DNP3.0,



Modbus, etc.
- Knowledge of different cyber security measures
- Knowledge of IT networking
- Programmable Logic Controllers (preferably Siemens platforms using SIMATIC TDC )
- Knowledge of SICAM Device Manager/Tool box , WinCC, HMI.
- Knowledge of SICAM A8000 Hardware and its configuration.
- Should have no reservations on travelling to sites, some of which are in remote locations. The sites can be located in India or foreign countries.
- Commissioning the FACTS installations at site in India and abroad.
- Be ready to travel at short notice
- Usually, the duration for site deputation is 5-6 months continuous. The facilities at site available would be basic in nature. Accommodation and transport will be mostly shared type
