Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage overall factory operations and production activities.

✔ Supervise and lead a workforce of 10–15 employees per shift.

✔ Ensure daily production of milk, flavored milk, butter, ghee, and other dairy products.

✔ Manage procurement of raw materials and production planning.

✔ Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.

✔ Coordinate maintenance, inventory, and factory administration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Dairy Science, or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the dairy manufacturing industry.

Robust leadership, production planning, and factory management skills.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
