Shristi Garments (parent company of CozyFab) is looking for an experienced Factory/Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. We specialize in maternity wear, nursing wear, women's innerwear, and babywear using sustainable fabrics like bamboo cotton, organic cotton, and modal.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end production of knitted garments from fabric cutting to stitching, finishing, and packing

Plan production schedules to meet order timelines (both B2B bulk orders and D2C fulfillment)

Manage the shop floor team, machine operators, and quality control staff

Ensure quality standards are maintained across every stage of production

Optimize fabric utilization and minimize wastage

Coordinate with the design/sampling team on new style development

Maintain production records, output reports, and efficiency metrics





Ensure compliance with factory safety and labor norms

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a garment manufacturing unit, with hands-on experience in knitted fabrics specifically

Strong understanding of knitting, cutting, stitching, and finishing processes

Experience managing a production team and meeting delivery deadlines

Knowledge of quality control standards for innerwear/loungewear categories is a plus

Positive communication and team management skills

Prior experience in a similar apparel manufacturing setup preferred
