NRole Overview

nWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of our residential centre. This role is critical in ensuring seamless facility management, superior client experience, and alignment with our therapeutic programs.

NKey Responsibilities

nOperations & Facility Management

- Manage day-to-dayoperations to ensure smooth functioning of the centre
N
- Maintain high standardsof housekeeping, maintenance, hygiene, and safety
N
- Conduct daily facility inspections and ensure zero service disruptions
N

nTeam & Vendor Management

N

n
- Lead and supervise housekeeping, security, and F&B; teams
N
- Manage external vendors(maintenance, pest control, AMC, etc.)
N
- Ensure quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs
N

nFinancial & Administrative Management

N

- Work with leadership and finance teams on budgeting and cost control
N
- Monitor expenses and ensure optimal resource utilization
N
- Verify vendor bills andmanage operational costs efficiently
N

nClient Experience & Service Excellence

- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients

- Drive client satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns

- Oversee admissions, billing, discharge, and bed management

nEligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital Administration (preferred) or Hospital Administration
N
- Experience: 8+ years (preferred in healthcare / rehabilitation operations)
N
- Strong leadership and team management skills
N
- Good financial and operational understanding
N
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
N
- Proficient in MS Officeand basic systems
N
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
