Company Description Auraved School, a CBSE-affiliated school in Current Kalyani Nagar, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and smooth functioning of our campus. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors, while managing maintenance teams and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance of classrooms, labs, playgrounds, common areas, and the campus building

Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply, and backup power systems

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid disruptions during school hours

Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance staff

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, servicing, and upgrades

Ensure compliance with fire safety, health, and CBSE infrastructure norms

Manage facility-related budgets, procurement, and inventory of supplies and equipment

Respond promptly to maintenance issues,



including during school events and emergencies

Maintain playground equipment, sports facilities, and outdoor areas

Oversee setup and breakdown of furniture/equipment for school events, exams, and functions

Maintain records of AMC contracts, equipment warranties, and maintenance logs Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

2+ years of experience in facilities/maintenance management, preferably in a school or institutional setting

Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Experience managing a team and coordinating with vendors

Understanding of school safety and child-safety protocols

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to be available during school hours and for occasional emergencies

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, maintenance tracking tools)
