Role Objective: Monitoring construction activities as instructed by package manager - including progress and quality, work flow sequence, coordinating contractor payments, safety and quality compliance. .

Key Responsibilities:

- To get weekly and monthly plan from manager, understand the same and prepare planning for resources
- Supervise the entire Facade installation.
- Undertake quality checks at vendors factory and site.
- Implementation of safety standards at work.
- Identify and escalate issues which could affect work quality and completion of works within approved time and cost.
- Check measurement sheet submitted by vendor along with their running bills.
- Review updated architectural and structural drawings and highlight any deviations to Civil team for rectification at initial stage of construction
- Inspection of installation for compliance with approved drawings/ samples/ VMUs/ PMUs.




- Coordinate priority areas for installation at site and ensure vendor is fabricating and supplying materials accordingly.
- Visit vendor and his suppliers factory to check for material status and quality check.
- Check MIRs & IRs submitted by vendor.
- Attend coordination meetings at site.
- Generate reports on work progress and hindrances/ dependencies with other trades.
- Ensure completion of work within acceptable quality, time frame and cost.

Qualification, Practice and Other Requirements: Experienced in completing high rise facade projects within the approved time and cost and have min 3 yrs. experience (BE/B.Tech) and min 4 yrs. (Diploma) in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

Skills: Microsoft Windows office, Auto-CAD, Valuable Communication skills- written and verbal.

Practice and Other Requirements: Sound knowledge of facade fabrication and installation methods.
