Expereince in Validaiton and Automation program or project management preferably in Automotive HIL development and validaiton programs

- Proven track record in managing Validation of various domains involving multiple teams or suppliers
- Good understnadning of HIL Architecture, hardware,
- Experience working with OEMs or tier-1 suppliers is an advantage
- PMP, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred
- Strong planning and execution skills with a delivery focused mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder mangement skills,
- Technical understanding of software integration, validation and release management
- Financial and analytical skills for tracking budgets and program health




- Cooperative leadership and problem solving ability in a dynamic environment
- On-time software releases meeting customer and internal quality standards
- Positive customer feedback and relationship health
- Program cost and effort within the approved budget
- Minimal escalations and controlled change management
