- handle Fabric division, where in we purchase greige, dye print in mills (70-80% in own mill), sell to corporates, garmenters.
- Lead end-to-end fabric merchandising and sourcing operations from yarn selection to final shipment.
- Oversee market trend analysis, forecasting, and range planning.
- Oversee fabric sourcing for various weaves, knits, prints, and specialty finishes.
- Develop detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and competitive fabric costing sheets.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms with yarn spinners, process houses, and mills.
