- Strong Accounting Outsourcing experience, leading end-to-end F&A; operations.
- Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting outsourcing operations across P2P, O2C, and R2R with a large team.
- Drive client relationship management, transitions, process migrations, solutioning, governance, and team leadership.
The Successful Applicant
- 12-18 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Operations within a BPS/BPO/BPM environment. (Industry/captive profiles are not preferred)
- Robust client management and operations leadership experience, managing multiple clients with PnL ownership.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end F&A; processes, with major exposure to AP, AR, Month-End Close, Compliance, and Taxation with exposure across international clients.
