This leadership role is organized around SAP, Oracle and Microsoft platforms.

Within SAP, Finance is the core of enterprise transformation, especially in S/4HANA programs, enabling digital finance, real-time reporting, compliance, and business performance management.

This role will be accountable for building a differentiated Finance transformation proposition, ensuring high-quality delivery of complex finance programs, embedding automation and digital finance capabilities, and enabling member firms with scalable, industrialized finance solutions aligned to the organization's growth strategy.

Essential Functions of the job :

The scope of the position will include :

- Lead the SAP Finance capability, covering S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA), Central Finance, Group Reporting, Treasury, and Financial Close & Reporting




- Provide SME coverage for large-scale SAP Finance transformation programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and value realization
- Act as the primary Finance leader interface for stakeholders across member firms, regions, and service lines.
- Collaborate with Finance Business consulting competency.
- Define and track finance transformation outcomes including close cycle efficiency, reporting accuracy, compliance, and cost optimization
- Drive automation, AI, and digital finance accelerators
- Partner with sales and solution teams on finance-led pursuits including solution definition, value articulation, and client presentations
