Job Summary The Export Sales Executive is responsible for handling international inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with global customers, and supporting the Export Sales Manager in closing export orders. The role focuses on daily execution of export sales activities and maintaining accurate records, without handling documentation or logistics processes.

Website international inquiries

Direct email inquiries from overseas buyers

Follow-up of existing export customers

Assigned country-wise leads Detailed Job Responsibilities · You will handle all international (outside India) customer inquiries coming through email, website, and export portals.

· Every day, you must check all new inquiries and reply within 12–24 hours. If details are missing, you need to ask the customer clearly.

· After understanding the requirement, you will prepare and send quotations using the standard company format with product details, pricing (FOB/CIF), and minimum order quantity.

· Once the quotation is sent, your main job is to do continuous follow-up through email, WhatsApp,



or calls until the order is confirmed.

· You must update every lead in the tracking sheet and keep proper status like new, follow-up, confirmed, or lost. No lead should be missed.

· When the customer is ready, you will support the manager in taking final confirmation and purchase order (PO).

· You will stay in regular contact with customers, answer their queries, and maintain a skilled relationship for repeat business.

· You will submit a daily report showing how many inquiries you handled, quotations sent, follow-ups done, and orders closed.

· You will also share feedback from customers such as pricing issues, product demand, or competitor information with your manager.

Experience Requirements

Required: 1–3 years in Sales / Export Sales

Preferred: Export or international client handling Reporting Structure

Reports To: Export Sales Manager

Works With: Documentation Officer External Relationships

International buyers (email/online)
