? Experience Required: 4+ years in the Export / Freight Forwarding Industry

End-to-End Export Management: Oversee sea and air export logistics operations from booking to final delivery.
Documentation & Customs Clearance: Coordinate with shipping lines, air carriers, local authorities, and customs agents to ensure seamless documentation and regulatory compliance.
Vendor & Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers, ocean liners, and partner networks to maximize profitability and service value.
Client & Overseas Partner Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, overseas agents,
and vendors to ensure timely updates and smooth operations.
Problem Resolution: Proactively manage cargo tracking, resolve operational bottlenecks, and handle any port/customs delays. ? Key Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of proven operational experience in an export role in a freight forwarding organisation.
Deep understanding of Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Customs Clearance procedures, and export documentation. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
