We are looking for MALE Candidates, has MBA qualification and with 8+ years experienced International Export Marketing & Business Development who are handling large customers preferred in Countries USA and Europe. Candidates should Handle a team and also do marketing on their own. Ready to work in the USA market timings. Work Location - Hyderabad / Indore.

Sales Development

Identify and explore current international markets for product distribution.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.

Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in export markets.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

1. Market Analysis & Strategy : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Develop and implement export sales strategies to penetrate target markets.

Design pricing strategies based on market dynamics and competition.

1. Customer Relationship Management : Manage customer accounts,



ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Provide product training and support to distributors and clients.

1. Marketing & Brand Management : Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for international markets.

Plan and execute international marketing campaigns and trade shows.

Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.

1. Compliance & Documentation : Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.

Liaise with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product development, finance, and logistics teams to align sales strategies.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on market demand.
