Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily rice milling operations including cleaning, husking, polishing, and grading

- Monitor production efficiency and minimize wastage

- Ensure quality control of raw paddy and finished rice as per standards

- Conduct routine quality checks such as moisture content, grain size, and purity

- Maintain records of production, quality reports, and inventory

- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth supply chain operations

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

- Troubleshoot machinery or process-related issues

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field





- Minimum 4 years of experience in rice mill or food processing industry

- Strong understanding of rice processing techniques and quality parameters

- Knowledge of grading, sorting, and packaging processes

- Basic knowledge of machinery used in rice mills

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)
