- Documentation: Prepare and release Proforma Invoices (PI), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Container Booking: Negotiate freight rates and book containers with shipping lines and forwarders.
- Customs Clearance: Coordinate directly with CHAs and ensure strict DGFT/Customs compliance.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor end-to-end cargo movement and resolve any port or transit delays.
- Internal Alignment: Sync container placements with factory production and sales dispatch schedules.
- Banking Operations: Manage Letters of Credit (LCs) and coordinate with banks for e-BRC generation.
- Incentives & Insurance: Claim government export incentives (e.g., RoDTEP) and manage marine transit insurance.
