Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in the Mohali district.

The Talent Acquisition

Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, writing and posting job descriptions, building talent pipelines through multiple channels, and maintaining accurate candidate records. The role also involves scheduling and conducting interviews, managing candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience,



and supporting onboarding activities. The recruiter will contribute to employer branding initiatives and collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment strategies and metrics.

Qualifications

Strong end-to-end talent acquisition capabilities, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills.

Proven experience in Hiring and Interviewing across diverse roles and levels.

Excellent Communication skills for candidate engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and clear documentation.

Ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and skilled networks to source and manage candidates.

Experience working with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Knowledge of standard HR and recruitment best practices; familiarity with regional employment norms is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, unbiased hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
