NWhat You'll Do
nUltrafresh Modular Solutions is looking for energetic and ambitious sales professionals who are keen to build a long-term career in sales. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about customer interaction, learning consultative selling, and growing in a structured retail sales environment.

- Consultative Client Handling: Assit to the assigned leads, understand their lifestyle requirements, and introduce them to modular kitchen & interior solutions.

- Solution Presentations: Work closely with senior sales leaders and product designers to present tailored layout options, material finishes, and quotes.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain structured lead updates, follow-ups, and booking statuses in our CRM system.

- Deal Closures:
Drive customer engagements from initial inquiry to design sign-off and final booking.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the internal design and site ops teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.

nWho We're Looking For

- Experience: 1–2 years in sales, interior/decor, or client-facing roles. (Energetic freshers with exceptional communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply).

- Location: Based in or easily negotiable commute to Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

- Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication.

- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and comfort using CRM software.

- Mindset: High energy, customer-first attitude, and eager to learn solution-based selling.
