- The role involves sourcing freelance and corporate trainers through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and qualified networks; screening and evaluating trainer profiles; coordinating trainer interviews, client scoping calls, assisting in curriculum customization, negotiating commercials, maintaining trainer databases, coordinating training schedules and logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of training programs
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for L&D; are encouraged to apply
