1 Effective utilization of associates and ensure to get 90% efficiency

2 Tanker rinsing planning previous days for next day unloading

3 Ensure Tanker unloading Start/End time in dashboard

4 Based on the Dispatch Plan Tanker UG Filling will be planned For 100% dispatch

5 Ensure availability of Packing Material for Tanker Unloading

6 Daily refresher meeting with tanker Unloading Team

7 Ensure checklists are filled without any deviations

8 Ensure labeling is affixed as per standard and also ensure to follow the special instruction labeling according to customer need

9 Entire premises to be cleaned on daily basis

10 Ensure to follow up 100% safety norms in Unloading Tankers

11 Ensure associates are wearing PPEs and safety shoes 100 % at operation

12 Ensure to maintain the attendance as per company policy

13 Ensure to work along with Quality and safety to achieve desired target of organization

14 Ensure to remove unwanted items on daily basis
