- Attending calls from insured members and explaining them the procedure to claim
- Collecting details from members and fixing appointments by coordinating with hospitals
- Coordinating with insurance cos for getting approval for claims
- Registration of claims in the system
- Issuing approval letters to the hospitals basis the approvals received from the insurance co.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
