: Location - Limla Cement Plant (Surat)

Expereince - 2 + Years

Qulaification - B.Tech or Equivalent or Diploma

Ø Ensure Safety compliance in the plant.

Ø Ensure plant MIS.

Ø Provide support to plant manager for day to day plant operation.

Ø Ensure Implementation of industrial standards in the plant.

Ø Prepare monthly production/shutdown plan in line with BU plan.

Ø Ensure different reporting structure at plant level, BU level & group level.

Ø Conduct production meetings and keep track on performance parameters.

Ø Analyze operational parameters and prepare reason for variances.

Ø Keep track on technical, cost parameters and intimate when deviation observed.

Ø Ensure Plant KPIs are aligned to the targets.

Ø Coordinate different meetings e.g.: Production, cost, CAPEX, Reliability, Energy committee etc.

Ø Prepare benchmarking for the plant.

Ø Coordination with CMO’s Office related to all Plant Operation matters Naveen Vyas
