Role Description The Executive – Lead Generation is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads through various channels, including online research, social media platforms, industry databases, and networking activities. The Executive will conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor offerings, and will maintain detailed records of prospects in CRM or similar tools.

Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via calls,



emails, and messages, coordinating with the sales team to hand off qualified leads, and supporting campaigns aimed at increasing the lead pipeline. The role requires consistent follow-up, clear communication with internal stakeholders, and a proactive approach to meeting lead generation targets.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and New Leads identification.

Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and understanding of industry trends.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for outreach and coordination.

Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including basic negotiation and pipeline management.

Relevant experience in B2B or digital marketing lead generation is beneficial.

Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Pune City, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
