- Provide Level 2 application support for business-critical systems and applications.

- Investigate, analyze, and resolve production issues within agreed service levels.

- Perform detailed SQL Server data analysis to identify data inconsistencies, performance issues, and application defects.

- Execute controlled data fixes and corrections in production environments following established change management procedures.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and recommend preventive measures.

- Monitor application health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot complex issues and facilitate resolutions.

- Raise, track, and coordinate code change requests when application fixes require development intervention.

- Validate fixes and support deployment activities to ensure successful implementation.

- Maintain incident records, problem logs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.

- Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand issues and provide timely updates.

- Participate in on-call support and critical incident management activities when required.
