Role Description The Executive Finance Tax & Accounts role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including posting entries, reconciling accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. The executive will handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and filings, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure adherence to relevant tax and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities also include overseeing account management activities, tracking receivables and payables,



supporting sales teams with financial data and pricing inputs, and generating periodic MIS and management reports. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to streamline finance processes, support technology-enabled improvements, and contribute to efficient, compliant financial operations.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and accounting skills, including experience with Financial Statements and core Finance principles.
- Hands-on knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, returns, and basic tax planning.
- Experience in Account Management, covering receivables, payables, reconciliations, and ledgers.
- Familiarity with Sales-related finance support, such as invoicing, pricing inputs, and revenue tracking.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; comfort working with data and financial reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications (CA Inter, CMA, or similar) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Integrity, ownership of work, and willingness to learn technology-enabled finance tools and processes.
