Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Engineer to join our team and support operations for a prestigious client site in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, MEP operations, and facility management. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, preventive maintenance planning, and the ability to supervise technicians while ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and MEP systems.





Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Diagnose and resolve equipment faults to minimize downtime.

Monitor the performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, DG sets, electrical panels, and other facility equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and client representatives.

Supervise technicians and allocate maintenance tasks effectively.

Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and equipment documentation.

Ensure uninterrupted facility operations and timely closure of maintenance issues.

Required Qualifications ITI in Electrical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Required Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, MEP Operations, or Building Maintenance.

Experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, IT parks, hospitals, or similar facilities will be preferred.
