Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree / Graduation
- Qualified Qualification in Supply Chain preferred

Age Preference: 22–30 Years

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Raw Material (RM) Store and Finished Goods (FG) Store.
- Ensure smooth movement of materials across the warehouse.
- Maintain organized storage locations.
- Monitor warehouse housekeeping and storage practices.

1. Dispatch Planning & Execution

- Plan daily dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate dispatches based on customer priorities.
- Ensure timely loading and vehicle placement.
- Monitor dispatch status until delivery.
- Coordinate urgent and priority shipments.

1. Documentation & Billing

Handle complete dispatch documentation including:
- E-Invoice generation
- E-Way Bill generation
- Tax Invoice preparation
- Delivery Challan
- Packing List
- Shipping documentation

Ensure documentation complies with GST requirements.
1. Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory by:
- Performing Goods Receipt (GRN)
- Material Issue
- Material Transfer
- Physical stock verification
- Cycle counting
- Inventory reconciliation

Ensure inventory accuracy in SAP.
1. SAP Transactions

Perform warehouse transactions including:
- Goods Receipt




- Goods Issue
- Stock Transfer
- Material Movement
- Dispatch posting
- Inventory adjustments

Maintain accurate records in SAP ERP.
1. Coordination with Internal Departments

Coordinate daily with:
- Sales
- Accounts
- Production
- Procurement
- Logistics
- Planning

Ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
1. Customer Dispatch Management

- Monitor customer dispatch schedules.
- Follow customer delivery timelines.
- Resolve dispatch delays.
- Communicate shipment status.

1. Export & Domestic Shipment Coordination

Handle:
- Domestic dispatches
- Export shipment coordination
- Shipping documents
- Transporter coordination
- Logistics follow-up

1. Warehouse Compliance

Ensure compliance with:
- FIFO (First In First Out)
- FEFO (First Expiry First Out)
- Company SOPs
- Safety procedures
- Warehouse discipline

1. Stock Audits

Participate in:
- Monthly stock audits
- Annual audits
- Internal audits
- Inventory reconciliation
- Physical stock verification

1. Team Supervision

- Supervise warehouse operators.
- Guide helpers and loaders.
- Monitor daily work allocation.
- Ensure discipline and productivity.

1. Safety & 5S Implementation

Maintain:
- Workplace safety
- PPE compliance
- Fire safety awareness
- Clean warehouse
- 5S implementation




- Zero accident culture

1. Reporting & MIS

Prepare:
- Daily dispatch reports
- Weekly inventory reports
- Monthly stock reports
- Vehicle dispatch reports
- Pending dispatch reports
- Inventory ageing reports

- Managing FG Store operations
- Coordinating dispatch activities
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
- Processing SAP transactions
- Preparing GST-compliant dispatch documents
- Coordinating with production and sales
- Monitoring customer deliveries
- Ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance
- Supervising warehouse personnel
- Preparing operational MIS reports
- Supporting stock audits
- Maintaining warehouse safety standards
