- Develop the vision, strategy, and academic roadmap for the School.
- Design the programme portfolio, curriculum framework, and implementation roadmap.
- Develop programme positioning, marketing, admissions, pricing, and revenue strategy in collaboration with University leadership.
- Lead regulatory approvals, quality assurance, and institutional processes for programme launch.
- Build the founding academic team, including Professors of Practice, faculty, adjuncts, and academic leadership.
- Establish national and international partnerships, industry collaborations, and the Industry Advisory Board.
- Lead research, executive education, thought leadership, and industry engagement to establish the School's national reputation.
