Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to ensure project execution.
Work with vendors for store setup, maintenance, and civil work execution.
Review vendor estimates and evaluate project costs.
Read and understand store layout drawings.
Verify vendor work orders against approved layout drawings.
Coordinate procurement and installation of store assets.
Ensure quality execution of civil works and asset installations.
Track project timelines and ensure stores are handed over to the business team on schedule.
