An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Chef/Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an upcoming premium vegetarian restaurant concept in Noida, India .

We are seeking a passionate culinary leader with a strong background in modern and traditional vegetarian cuisine, menu innovation, and high-quality kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency.
- Develop creative, innovative, and commercially successful vegetarian menus.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation.
- Manage food costs, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure efficient kitchen workflow and service during high-volume operations.
- Standardise recipes, portion control, and presentation across all menu items.
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and promotional offerings.
- Drive innovation while maintaining authenticity and guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile





- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a reputed vegetarian restaurant, premium casual dining, or fine dining establishment.
- Strong expertise in Indian vegetarian cuisine, with knowledge of regional and contemporary preparations.
- Experience in menu engineering, recipe development, and kitchen cost management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Culinary qualification from a recognised hospitality institute is preferred.
