Role Description The Executive Chef role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mulshi.

The Executive

Chef oversees all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation in alignment with the wellness philosophy of the centre.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the culinary team, ensuring consistent food quality, managing inventory and supplier relationships, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Chef collaborates with nutritionists and wellness experts to design health-focused menus, controls food costs,



and supports special events and retreats with tailored culinary offerings.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in luxury hotels, wellness resorts, or fine-dining establishments.

Strong expertise in healthy, nutritious, and contemporary cuisine, including familiarity with vegetarian, vegan, and special dietary requirements.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse kitchen team.

Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.

Ability to plan menus, manage inventory, control food costs, and work within budgetary guidelines.

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Formal culinary education or certification from a recognized culinary institute is preferred.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in a hospitality workplace.

Prior experience in wellness or health-focused hospitality settings is an advantage.
