NKey Responsibilities:

- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely coordination across time zones.

- Calendar Management (Multi-Time Zone, Recurring Meetings, Schedule Assistant – Preferred)

- Demonstrated experiencein managing leadership calendars across multiple time zones with a high degree of accuracy, including scheduling recurring meetings and effectively utilizing tools such as the Schedule Assistant.
N
- Handle travel arrangements such as air, rail, cab, and hotel bookings efficiently and cost-effectively.
N
- Process expense bookings and prepare documentation for reimbursement submissions.
N
- Create and enhance presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills for internal and client-facing meetings.
N
- Conduct market and business research, including P&L; checks, competitor analysis, and data compilation for decision-making.
N
- Maintain professional and prompt communication with overseas clients, ensuring high service quality and responsiveness.

nRequirements:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with proficiency in a UK accent.

- Prior experience (2–3 years) supporting UK / Australia / US clients as a Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant.

- Solid organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

- Proven record of commendations or high performance ratings from overseas clients.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

- Willingness to work UK shifts (1 PM–10 PM).

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
