Position: Executive Assistant to the Director

Job Location: Kolkata HO

Experience: 10 to 15 yrs of experiences into Sales Strategies into the role of Business Excellence/Strategy/EA into any manufacturing industry (Building Materials will be preferred)/FMCG.

Qualification: CA/B.Tech/MBA

Responsibilities:

- Assist in strategy execution, including tracking progress, analyzing data, and reporting to Director on key initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support Director's decision-making, providing actionable insights.
- Assist in managing special projects, including strategic initiatives and business development.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for Director's review and approval, ensuring high-quality output.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, customers, and vendors, to drive business outcomes.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information,



ensuring utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations, to drive business outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and manage reports, including progress reports and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective governance.

- Ability to prioritize and manage critical tasks
- Must have proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Good to have proficiency in Power BI and SAP
