We're a tight, energetic team with a strong digital presence and a loyal community of parents across India. We're looking for a sharp, proactive person to work directly with the Founder, take ownership, and help drive execution across the business.

NWhat you'll be doing

- Support the Founder on key projects and priorities.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
N
- Build dashboards, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations.
N
- Use AI and automation tools to improve productivity and processes.
N
- Create SOPs, trackers, and workflows.
N
- Research markets, competitors, and business opportunities.
N
- Track follow-ups and action items.
N
- Support launches, expansion projects, and strategic initiatives.
N
- Handle confidential information with care.
N

nPreferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degreein management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experiencein a Founder's Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or a startup.

- Exceptional candidates with strong internships, entrepreneurial experience, or leadership exposure may also apply.
