Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documentation with discretion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and other business documents as required.
- Maintain records, files, and important documents in an organized manner.
- Monitor deadlines, track pending tasks, and proactively remind management of key deliverables.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, events, and client visits.
- Support HR and administration with coordination activities whenever required.
- Perform research, gather information, and prepare summaries to assist management in decision-making.
- Handle miscellaneous assignments and special projects as delegated by management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
