Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid is Applicable) Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing Experience: 5–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and business-oriented Executive Assistant to the Director to join our Executive Office. This is not a conventional PA role . The position requires a strategic professional who can work closely with the Director in driving business priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, monitoring organizational performance, and supporting key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director to manage strategic priorities, business reviews, and executive communications. Prepare business presentations, MIS dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of key business initiatives and action plans.

Track organizational KPIs, project milestones, and follow up on deliverables with business leaders. Organize leadership meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM),



and ensure timely closure of action items. Conduct market research, business analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.

Maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.

Qualifications &

Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline. MBA preferred. 5–10 years of experience in an Executive Office, CEO/Director's Office, PMO, Strategy, Business Excellence, or Corporate Planning. Prior experience in the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industry will be an advantage.
