We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Admin & Junior Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, maintenance, and service providers.

Manage office supplies, pantry, and stationery inventory.

Coordinate with maintaining records of office assets, kitchen inventory, and studio equipment (cameras, lights, props, etc.).

¢ Organize and maintain physical and digital documents, agreements, invoices, and office records.

¢ Handle courier, dispatch, and logistics coordination.

¢ Coordinate office purchases and follow up with vendors.

¢ Support studio and production teams with administrative coordination.





¢ Assist with travel bookings and other office logistics as required.

¢ Ensure all office facilities are maintained efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

¢ Graduate in any discipline. Preferably accounts.

¢ 1 year of experience in accounts or office admin.

¢ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

¢ Robust organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

¢ Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
