Functional :

- Incentive & Compensation Modelling: Able to understand and translate complex compensation plan rules (like quota tiers, overrides, splits, and accelerators) into logical, rule-based workflows.
- Financial Compliance (ASC 606): An understanding of accounting principles for amortizing and capitalizing commission expenses.
- Financial Modelling & Analytics: Capability to forecast the financial impact of commission changes (e.g., modeling pay-out caps or tier adjustments before rolling them out)
- Solid foundation in revenue operations and data architecture.

Technical :

- Implementation experience in designing, developing, and managing incentive solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL
- Python - Preferred
- JavaScript - Preferred

Integration skills :

- REST APIs
- JSON
- Webhooks
- SFTP
- Middleware integrations ( Bhoomi)
- Authentication methods (OAuth 2.0)
- Data Management Skills : Able to clean, organize, and map disparate datasets from CRM, ERP & HRMS systems
- CRM skills : Understanding Salesforce
